The Paris High School Marching Tiger's Beacon Brigade competed at the Monticello High School Sage City Invitational on Saturday, September 16. The Brigade received awards for Best Drum Major, Best Drums, and Best Winds in Class B as well as first place in its class. To top off the day, the Brigade received the Grand Champion award for best band of the day out of the 15 bands at the competition.
A long, but fun and productive day at the ILMEA District 5 Band and Orchestra Festival for these hard working students! Congratulations to Abigail Mood and Max Moody on their performance with the Orchestra, and Olivia Theirl and Will Templeton with the Band!
